Production Employee – Filling Operator

About the company

You will work at the head office and central location for warehouse, production, and research and development. The company is an international manufacturer of industrial lubricants, cleaners, tools, and lubrication systems. It has been active for more than 45 years and serves over 100,000 customers in more than 50 countries worldwide.
Employees have access to a canteen where a communal lunch is provided and paid for by the company. Lockers and a designated smoking area are also available.

What will you do?

As a Production Employee – Filling Operator, your responsibilities include:

• Independently operating and monitoring various filling lines.
• Supervising filling processes and ensuring product quality.
• Supporting warehouse activities, including loading and unloading goods.
• Labelling products and performing stock counts.
• Carrying out basic forklift maintenance.
• Keeping the workplace clean, safe, and organised.
• Reporting deviations, technical issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Following safety procedures and work instructions at all times.

What do we expect from you?

• English language level B1.
• VMBO level or an equivalent foreign qualification.
• Relevant production experience is preferred.
• Valid forklift certificate.
• Basic VCA certificate (Safety, Health and Environment Checklist for Contractors).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work accurately, independently, and responsibly.
• Willingness to work in a clean indoor production and warehouse environment (20–24°C).
• Wearing jewellery and makeup is not permitted during work.

• Salary of €15,35 per hour

Your working hours

Working days: Monday to Friday.

• 08:00 – 17:00.
